how would i mount an acrylic mirror to the head liner? would glue be too messy and would it hold? or do i need to use some scews and a frame?

next question is can you etch acrylic like regular glass? i want to put a design on the mirror.

thanks!

Well I don't know why you would put mirrors in the headliner( I have a couple ideas but that's neither here nor there). But I would use silicon or something to that effect. I would do something other then mounting it directly to the headliner material.

As far as etching, yes you can etch plexi/lexan.
