Im confused, it looks like to me you would just make that out of mdf. But maybe I just dont see what you're asking about. Maybe if you had some more photos.

yea man! I cant see making a mold for that....its gotta be made out of MDF or medite or something...its just a regular box shape covered in carpet....if u can get a hold of information on the box dimensions and material used then u can make a box exactly like that.

Medite is a trade name for MDF made by Sierra Pine.
