Shouldn't matter. Don't really know what you mean by "less give". Usually the better the material stretches the easier it is to use.

He probably means that it doesnt stretch as much as fleece. I was reading another post on here today and this was posted by boxmaker85 "Don't use felt. A big difference between the two. Fleece absorbs and stretches better." So its up to you I guess man.

yea, to me it depends on the application. if its like a sub enclosure, then I would use fleece, but for like a kick panel or something smaller I would lean toward pique knit. I probably didnt spell it right, lol- but its similar to a thick spandex. very stretchy and durable. soaks the resin right up. Im going to be putting some pics on this week of this countertop pod ive been building all week to hook up to our demo station at work. Its wrapped with this stuff. y'all can lemme know what ya think. peace!

the best fabric to use is speaker box carpet. not that sh*t you get from autozone but the charcoal kind that you can get at an audio shop. streches great and provides a thick and strong base.
