Hey everyone. I was thinking about building an enclosure for my two 12" Infinity Reference subs and Amp. I know how to make the MDF frame for the box but I'm not into fiberglass so if you have any sites that help out with the processes, post them here. Thanks again

yeah a good place to start.  It's where I learned the basics of it all.  If I can get these friggin pics up I'll show you all what they look like.  Biggest advice I (or anyone can give IMO) is make sure you know what you want the project to look like in the end.  If you're not sure how you want it to look, it cannot turn out how you want it and probably will look like crap.

Ya one thing to remember, before you start, is that fiberglassing CAN be very tedious, and at time urs gonna wanna just throw it all out and say forget it i'm gonna just go buy a box, but the payoff is huge when ur done. Chris' tutorials are great. Start there, and search the site for posts on the process. If you can't find what ur looking for, you're not looking hard enough. This site has tonnes, and then some.

I am about ready to build my first fiberglass box,  and I think this totorial will get me through the building.  deffinetly helped me there.  but it kind of leaves you high and dry on the finishing.  do any of you guys know how, or good place to find out about the finishing.  I have read that there is a lot of sanding involved if you want to paint, but havn't realy been able to find any info on carpeting all the bends and curves.  I know you need to peice it all together, but are there any good sites that give detailed instructions on doing the paterns and getting it to look good.

Any help iis apreciated.

Ahh glassin is fun, and killing brain cells from the fumes is even better.

Well, I myself havent really seen too many tutorials that explain finishing, but common finishes involve most body filler on the outside, especially Rage Gold (sand very easy).  Carpeting shouldnt be too tough either, but when using vinyl, make sure you're not covering a really bumpy surface cause it will shown through the vinyl.  Good luck!
