It is almost done. DO I need to primer the fiberglass before putting the top coat on?

Yes, always primer if you are going to paint.

What type of primer? Anything special, or will any primer do?

Well, I don't think it matters if you are already ready to paint.
To be safe though, I would probably get a high build primer, to fill small pin holes then wetsand with around 400 grit. Then you should reprimer and then paint.

Is there a special primer just for fiberglass, or will any primer work?

Ok, hold on. Are you spraying fiberglass resin or paint? If fiberglass to fiberglass then just sand so that the resin has something to hold on to. If paint then yes prime it. Or even better use colored gel coat and wet sand.

I am spraying it with paint, not gel coat. I need it to match the interior so semi gloss should match perfectly. I know I need to primer, but is there a special primer for fiberglass, or will just any primer work?
