Is there any reason to use Duraglass or Maraglass in making a fiberglass dash?  I think I'm going to copy the Alpine guys and make a MDF frame first and staple/glue fleece around it and resin that to make the basic shape.  My real question is, what next?  Should I just start adding layers of glass on top of that or should I do a layer of Duraglass first and then glass on top of that?  Or should I glass a few layers and then do a top layer of Duraglass?  Or should I just glass, grind, sand, use some Rage Gold, sand that etc?

Thanks for the help in advance.  I'm going to go review what the Alpine pros did.

Well I guess I pretty much answered my own question by reviewing the Alpine Acura RSX.  I was just wondering if anyone has any other technique that they think would be better/easier for fiberglass doorpanels or a dash, or do these guys better much use the best methods around?  Thanks.

I have a 2 megapixel digital camera.  It's not the best, but the pictures should come out good enough to post here.  I'll just need help posting them.  I don't know how to do it.  I have off work for 9 days staring X-mas so I'll be doing a lot of work while I'm off.
