Too many large flat surfaces. It is definately too thin on the bottom, especially with being able to see the rug through the bottom so easily. Also looks too thin on the sides. Take some 2"x 3/4" strips of MDF and glass them to the bottom of the enclosure and it should help. Glass them well, place some mat under the bottom of the strip, place the strip, and mat over the strip and this will help with the regidity of your enclosure.

I completely agree with auex, also I would probably take 2 pieces of MDF and place them on either side of your amp rack.

Then I would glass them down so when you pull the fleece you are going to have two seperate chambers.

There is way to much air for the subs and it is going to be a pain to glass such a huge area and if you do, it is going to be a nightmare trying to get those subs to hit in it.

Do you have a picture of where the box is going to be put?

Good concept but I agree with the comments above.  You need to have a chamber for each sub with the proper area inside for each sub.  See the posts on here about packing peanuts and how to figure out the volume.  I will be making something similar soon but I will be making the whole bottom and the sides of MDF and then I will put the dowels and rings and the walls for each chamber inside that.  Then I will lay the fleece and the MDF sides will be a good place for me to staple/glue the fleece to.  The way you have things now, it looks like the fleece will go from the speaker rings almost straight down to the base that you have already glassed.  Without the MDF bottom and sides, you'll probably be using about 3x more resin and mat than you need to.  I'd rather spend $15 for MDF than $50 for a lot more mat and resin.

did you chew on the mdf to make those speaker rings and that amp rack???  invest in a ruler for straight lines and invest in a jig saw to cut your speaker rings.
