I've been working out how to do this for a while now, and can't seem to find a good method.
I am trying to make my subwoofer box concave, instead of the regular convex shaped fiberglass subwoofer boxes.
I know about using the subwoofer rings and wrapping with fleece, then glassing over it, but that makes a dome shape.
I still want to have the box fit in the corner of my trunk, but I want it to look like a reverse dome.
If this is hard to follow, I drew a little picture:
Maybe not quite that extreme, this is kind of the side view, hope you get what I'm trying to do and can help me out!

what you could probably do is make a large outter ring to flass around. Like a 12in ring for your sub (or whatever the size is) then like a 24 in ring se a couple inches (or how ever far apart you want them.) then you can glass that sh*t up and see how that works. it won't be too round, but it will be convave (f you can call it that) If that fails you can always bust out the foam and make a mold of the front then join it to the rest of the box

sounds like you want to make something with help of a plug(s). Maybe like an MDF box or glass mold and then have the baffle slope down into the sub opening? You could set your sub ring down to where you want it to sit, wrap the enclosure in fleece, and then secure your taped up plug to the sub ring, "pushing" the fleece down onto your recessed sub ring. Resin, pull plug, resin, mat, etc....If you do a search on plugs you can come up with many ways of doing it....

you can glass the side wall of the car to get that shape, then make a few MDF ribs and the MDF ring to give you the shae that you want. wrap it and resin it.
if yu can find pics of the rockford xterra i think that is kinda close to what you are looking for. all the did was make MDF sides and back then mount the rings so they were set in then pulled the fleece to the rings.

This is the same idea I had to attach the fleece to the subwoofer ring you can cut it and attach it all the way around with staples, then once your resin dries just remove the staples and the resin will hold the fleece to the mdf, this is what I did with mine, to make it stay where it was to low to stretch and make it stay there. ------------- Learning the trade one fiberglass creation at a time!

I ended up taking the forms I made from the trunk and putting a piece of cardboard I bent both ways over the front.
I taped it up and put one layer of glass over it. It has come out with almost exactly the shape I want, no hard lines, and it will miss my trunk lid now.
In my hurry I didn't put the ring in, in case the method didn't work, but now I can cut a little hole and put them in and go ahead and finish the top nice and solid.
Maybe if I can find a camera that is half decent, I will put up pictures of how I did it and how it turns out.
