This may sound really stupid but, how do you take air space into account when builing a fiberglass enclosure?  Do you get exact or do you get about close?

Well walker if you go to this link it will show you how to do it,  https://www.the12volt.com/installbay/forum_posts.asp?tid=41102&PN=1

But it says to use packing peanuts which is not completely accurate, if you use sand or water like some people i've read use, then you're a lot more accurate.  In fact its probably dead on with the sand or water, but I imagine its also a big pain to do that. I think though that with a fiberglass enclosure you can get just as exact as you care to get.
