ok, there was a post on here before, someone used a plastic repair epoxy on a small indash install, actually i think two people did it, well i can't find this post and i really want some information on what this product is, i wanted to test it out because i have to do a dash, and the tv is CLOSE without much modification, but i don't want to lay glass all over the place just to fill in a few tiny places. so if you guys remember or konw of the name / numbers for this plastic repair can you help me out? i called a few local places and they just kept tryin to  give me bonding epoxies, nothing sandable, prolly cause i don't know what i'm talking about, anyways, thanks for your help in advance guys

I am not sure exactly what product you are looking for, but to clear some gaps for a LCD screen, you can use a plastic filler like

Eastwoodco.com
under...
Styling, Care & Custom >... Plastic & Glass Repair
select Plastic Welding from the drop down menu, and on Page 2of2 you should see products leaning toward your type of project.

Here are some links for good places to go for

I have not failed. I've just found 10,000 ways that won't work.

Working with ABS is very cool, you can do almost anything with it so long as you have the right supplies.................I have found that working with epoxy based products really sucks............the epoxy products stink and they are a bitch to sand once fully cured.................

yea, abs is cool, but that's not what i'm going for, the product i was talking about is basically a bondo type product, a two part mixture, but it bonds and dries sandable, it's just like bondo for plastic,

The Liquid Plastic that I sell is a 2 part mixture, it uses a cream hardner, but's not a equal 2 part product like an epoxy is.....................

Dominion Sureseal sells rigid filler and semirigid filler.  I think it's similar, if not the same, as what Tim sells.  You can buy it at Finish Master or other auto body shops.

It's what I used to use, it was to much of a hassle to work with so I sourced out something better. It takes less work and adheres better.
