when u cover the sub box rings etc to get your shape do u also cover the back part as well or just the front area and then staple it??

It's best to staple to the back in most cases so you don't have to smooth out the area over the staples.

YEA I UNDERSTAND THAT  BUT IN MOST COMPLETE BOXES THE BACK IS FIBERGLASS TOO !! SO THATS WHY I WAS WONDERING!!

If the back wont be seen, wrap around back, and use hot glue. You don't have to wrap all the way if it won't be seen, just enough to glue to.

The all caps gives the appearance that you are yelling at me.

Hahaha yea sorry hit caps lock  yea i understand what  you are saying but say i want to copy these boxes and sell them u obviously dont want to see the mdf at the back u want a all fiberglass painted box

Hmm...You could lay FG on the back I guess. I don't think you would have to wrap the fleece all the way around. You could stop it on the sides so you wouldn't have as much trouble making things level. You could also consider carpet over the MDF. It would still look professional and might involve a little less work.
