Ok, here are some pics of are first glass job.  We decided to test on my 2003 SRT-4.  I went with the MA Audio 1200Xls and a Visonik V918XD other things also but, trunk is what I am focusing on.  Now we would like any imput since this is are first job and we don't plan to stop imput would be great.  We decided to go with a sealed encloser because of space and with the baffel and glassed tube we are at 2.2cu ft which the subs are rated for 1cu ft.  I would just like to know what you guys think.  And suggestions on how to make it look better things like that since we are a mobile shop I would like to imput of the great people assosiated with the12 volts opinons.  We are adding an amp rack and other things but, this is the main focus for the next couple days.  Since we both work full time jobs it takes a few days longer to finish then we would like but, until biz picks up and we get rolling time is always and enemy.  Ok, this is to comlicated for me to add pics but, here is to pics I will have more on are site.  Sorry

Thanks

You need to put the file extension in the link or the pic won't show up, ".jpg".

Yes, it is for the spare tire and I have the pics of the fleece and we just bondoed it last night and of course the way my luck is when I bought the sand paper I was not thinking of buying extra 40 and 80 grit.  So, all we had was 180 we have to sand it down tomorrow.  I will post more pic later today.

looks pretty good so far, i can't tell if its the angle of the pic but it looks like u could bevel or round off that edge a little better with a sander.

Yeah, we kind of f-ed that up needless to say we tried to clean it up as much as possible.  But, what is the easiest way to cut a curve like that?  We used a jigsaw and that thing was pissing me off.

yeh a router would have been best, and if u use the jig just use a sander next time to clean it up. can't wait to see some pix.

Ok, we finished the sparetire encloser last night.  Here are some pics of what it looks like.  The carpet will be cut as needed after trunk liner is put back in and the amp racks, dry cell and cap is installed.  I just wanted to test fit it with my old kickers just to put something back in the trunk because it is some sad and lonely with out something back there I feel lost.  Well let me know what you think we will be posting more this weekend when we start on the amp rack tonight.  Yes, it does look crappy but, for are fist glass job it came out smooth but, the front was kind of haked and with you guys help I have learned what to do next time.  I will keep you guys posted thanks for the imput.

Ok I must be a dumb ass.  How do you post pictures I tried everything I have tried uploading that don't work when I preview it.  I tried add image it does not work when I preview.  WHere do I put the .jpg extension at in the link I copied and pasted right from the address bar of my windows explorer with file name intact and it did not work.  What am I doing wrong?  It will show in the post reply but, when I preview it its just a red X.
