Hey Guys I'm doing this fiberglass console for a TV in a Suburban, anyways my question is how do I get that perfectly smooth finish, because no matter how much I sand I still get those tiny "holes"/imperfections here and there. I'm using this "Bondo Ultimate Filler" stuff and it's working out way better than regular bondo I used once before, but is there anything better, or maybe any other tips you gyus have for me? Those things are annoying.
Thanx.

I presume you are painting this? If you are, then over the bondo or fibreglass reinforced filler, you need to add a layer or regular body filler, got all sorts of names, rage gold seems to be the popular choice, not available where im from, we use U-Pol or P38. Then start sanding with an 80 grit paper, then 150, then 240, then 320, then 400, and then a wet 600 and you should be pretty smooth, fill any little pin holes with glazing putty, and apply a high build primer. then flatten that with a 240, 320 and 500 - 600 grit wet upto 800 for mirror finish and your ready for paint!!
