That cannot be vinyled in one step, don't even try it. If you are intent on vinyling that then you should learn to use a sewing machine or take it to an upholstery shop.

You may be able to get away with vinyling the top and carpet the sides, maybe.

Why not texture coat it? It's much easier. am gonna finisch my box that way also. Curves on my box are too sharp to finish with vinyl.

Vinyl will not stretch that much. You could flock it though.

Flock it what does that mean?

Flock is simulated suede. You glue, shake on the suede material, let it dry, then lightly brush off the excess. Vinyl cannot conform to complex shapes, vinyling a simple fiberglass box can be hard. On curves it must be heated and stretched, and it can only stretch so much. I will go as far as to say that it would be impossible to do that with one single piece of vinyl.

Select Products Click "Catagory A-Z" then go down to Suede Flocker.

It's not really spray in but it's really easy, idiot proof even.

flock not so a good idea. It depends how the interior of yr car is finished. If your dash and seats are already suede then go for flock. Otherwise you can texture coat and spray on the same color as the color of your dash parts for a factory look.

yeah thats what I was going to do I accually got the same color vinyl but people say it will be hard to vinyl this consol as one peice so I might stich it and glue it.
