Here is my second fiberglass incloser.  I made a box for a 12" sub that will fit in a Scion Tc.

This picture is the start mold inside the car

Next picture is the sub ring supported by 7/16" dole rod

Next picture is of the box with it fiberglassed and has the 12" sub in it

Next picture 2 pictures are of the box fiberglassed and bondoed right before I covered it to go in the care

In a couple of days I will have a picture of the finished box in the car and pictures of the amp rack also. stay tuned to the next big project i am going to be working on its going to be awesome.

I am adding more pictures.  These pictures are for the amp rack on the other side of the car.

this next picture is of the mold all cut and the dowel rods in place

these next pictures are of a dash kit I am smoothing out for a 2004 xterra the dash kist for the radio had a little cubby I just couldn't use so I covered it and I am in the process of smothing it out and getting ready for paint.

So here is whats up for right now.  more is on the way like the amp rack finished and the dash kit.  Also I have a big project I am starting on June 13th .  Drop me a line and let me know what you think.

Why thanks.  The guy I am doing the box for has an MTX 12 and the amp for the amp rack is an MTX thunder 504.  and for the dash kit an Alpin cd-9825 deck is going into that which is going into my xterra.  and for the big project I will give a sneak peak on what is started I am just finishing with the glass work.

so I am going to be doing the glass work on this monster and I will keep everyone posted with pictures on the progress.  Oh yeah this is in a scion XB

All those subs running on those tiny ports? Everything else is nice bro, I am doing a entire trunk build, am going to start this afternoon! Everything you have done is awesome! Good job!

Thanks alot.  I didn't build the box, and from my understanding the diameter of the ports are small as we can see but the length inside of the box is were the made up for it.  I don't know for sure though.  But hey thanks and I love doing this becuase it keeps me busy

oh my goodness.  Its sounds so clean and the bass hits so hard its just hard to explain.  especially since those are 4 tens.

Here is the dash kit with a 3 coats of blue as you can see.  I am going to mask it off with xterra so the xterra is blue then I am painting it the color of the car itself.  just wait i will be putting more pictures on the forum

Well with my dash kit some things got changed and modified.  later on today I will post the pictures.  but I can tell you this its not painted.  I had to cover it in felt.  I plan on doing another dash kit though for it in the future.

sorry its taking so long but getting the pictures of this project and the new one I am working on its just that having a family and a full time job with the navy I am little time restricted.  this weekend I plan on posting the updates

sorry but I am not doing that project no more the one with the 4 10" subs.  I have the picture here in this post.  the owner I was doing it for him and I had it out about money so I am not doing it.  I have some SCIon xB panals for sale though.  they are for the back windows and all glassed for seperates to be placed in it.  if anyone is interested let me know.  I am going to put the pictures on here soon.  I want $250.  for them.

well the guy I did these for didn't want them painted that is why they are covered, also he wanted them covered in black felt.

yeah i am bad with pictures I am still learning though?  I seem to be better with fiberglassing then computers.  what do you think of my work?
