Building a box for a 5" speaker?

so i have a little 5" computer subwoofer, and I want to make a little box for it so I can get the most sound out of it. I don't have any specs on it, because I guess it's pretty old, and I can't find anything on it. It's a powered one, and the box dimensions are 12"x11"x6", or 792 cubic inches. It has two circle ports which are an inch and a half in diameter each, and have paper towel rolls attatched to them going inside. It sounds like it's tuned for about 70 or 80hz, I want it down to about 50-60. It dosen't say how many watts it handles, and the amp dosen't say how many it puts out anywhere. Can someone help me with the dimensions for a new box?

Do you have any specs on the speaker in question???

well, you don't want to tune it too low. I'm pretty sure its tuned that high so it gets a lot of output for just that little sub&. If you put it in a sealed you'll lose about all output from the sub, unless you fins something stronger to power it. Your esitmate of 10 watts is about right. Give or take. You probably won't get a better output than what it already is. Those subs are made cheaply, they try to get the most output for the least amount of dollars. However, try fully plugging a port, just to see waht that does. Its just an idea. But, you really can't "make" a better box for it without really losing output.
