I need to know what kind of filler to use to smooth out the glassed head liner for my car. I don't intend on slathering it on to thick but still want something strong so that it will not chip out and destroy the soon to be painted surface. Please do not mention thoes 5 little words BONDO, I hate the crap. I am looking for something that goes on smooth and will sand easily.

Well Rage Gold or Rage Extreeme is a great product as many members on 12volt can tell you.

I experimented with the B product (I know but I had to mention it) but made the MM (Miracle Mix).  1 - 1 part resin to B + small amount of resin hardener.   Came out good (mustard consistency), self leveling, sanding was not too bad and it is really strong (I built tweeter pods).

I have not used Rage Gold but based on what I've been reading it is 1000 times netter and easier to sand than B.  Try the MM mix you won't be disappointed (you can try it with B or Rage Gold or Extreeme).

Well I'm a newbie at fiberglassing and on my current project I am using Rage Gold and I find it fairly easy to sand.

correct half and half resin and body filler and use the boddy filer hardener.  Recentley I've also added som resin hardener (per instructions on the box of resin) and it cures quicker it seems.

Any body ever use the Evercoat No-Clog Lite Weight body filler and if so how does it compare to the rage. Same brand different product, just wondering because i have about 1/2 a gallon left, wanted to use it but don't want to shoot my self in the foot and need sand for a millennia.
