ive heard some good things about vacuum bagging.  Does anyone know where i can get a vacuum bag big enough to be able to make a mold of a head liner.  roughly 6ft by 4ft

just about any vacuume bag kit will fit that. The problem is that the vacuume is about $500.00 alone. It all depends on how big the plastic sheets are that you wrap it in. Check out fiberglast.com for info. Also in order to do it correctly you need an autoclave. That is a huge vacuume oven that gets to 1600 degrees F.. Good luck.posted_image
