I need to flush mount a 12" sub into the box I am making......what are the exact sies of the rings that i will need

Any help would be nice.....thanks

Hey Auther,

tell you the truth, your gonna have to measure the diameter of the subs. Basically all subs are different because of design preference by the manufactor. Or find someone on the forum that has made rings before of the same woofer.

you will need to make 2 rings, one for the sub to screw to and one that will go around the sub to make it flush. If you look in your manual for one of your subs, it will tell you your outer diam. just ad about an 1/8th to a 1/16th of and inch all the way around for propper clearence. and glass or resin or glue your rings together. and bam you got them flush mounted!
