I have a friend that just picked one of these up and he wants to put a kenwood indash dvd player in it I have looked all over for people that have done this... I will plan on taking a metra dash kit and removing the NSX stereo and remolding the metra dash kit in its place iso din style... I think with some liquid plastic and some time (all winter) it shouldn't come out too bad... he wants to install focal speakers in the doors and an amp in the trunk...

we wouldn't be starting this project until november... so apparently he's looking at an investment and has the car for sale right now but I don't think he's TRYING to sell it just up incase he gets a good offer... But I HOPE I can do this for him! I just saw a alpine indash dvd player in a 1991 nxs in the issue of performance auot & audio he had at his house... unless they did some AWESOME filling the stereo looked like a single din mount... his I believe is double din and has the radio face built into the trim bezel so... until I remove the bezel I won't know what i'm getting into! wish me luck and any help with pictures would be greatly appreciated!

check out NSXPrime.com. Its a forum for NSX owners specifically. Lots of great help for the NSX including doing custom dash work, sub inclosures and much more. I actully just finished up my dads 2000 NSX-T with a pioneer avic-n2 and JL components and it came out awesome. All the help is there if you look. Good luck.
