Fan for an amp box

Hey im looking to construct an amp box, it will sit directly behind the back seats of the car.  The box will be MDF and have a plexi-glass or perspex viewing section so the amp can be seen, when looking inot the boot.  My question is waht sort of ventialation should the box have.  Would 3 or 4 fans provide enough air flow through the box to stop the amp form overheating.  Or does anyone have any other idea on how to proeprly ventialte the box.  The amp is a boss audio BA-4800 but maybe be replaced by a Lanzar amp soon.  Here's a picture of my idea.  There wuld proberly be 2 fans on each side (1 inward and 1 outward per side)

I would say that 4 fans, or even two pretty large fans would be just fine for that.  It will rely mainly on how efficient you amp actually is from the factory, and what impedance you are running it at, but you are just looking to make sure that the amp has some fresh air running across its heatsinks.  I would recommend having one side all push, and one side all pull, not half and half.  This method will act like there is a breeze going across your amp, whereas having one of each on each side might allow air to go in and immediately be sucked right back out, this would allow very little air to actually cool that amp (would just filter out some of the warm air around it).  Oh and the picture doesnt seem to work, could just be on my browser, but make sure it is posted right.

Its 4 ohm that im running but it is 2 ohm stable so its not running at its max.  yer afta i posted i though about that it shuld get some good airflow that way, i just wanna be safe thats all, and i'll hook up some neno fans wich shuld look kool, the pic was just a diagram of a box draw in paint, nuthing special, it seems to work for me, but its not important anyway, thanks bro
