The only time I’ve ever FG anything it was in the summer time and it was so hot it took less than 45 min for it to harden, but its kinda cold outside, and I have a few projects coming up. If you guys have any advice that would be SWEET! I was thinking of using like a heat gun or something, but the last time I did that the resin just ran down and mad a big pool in the bottom of my kickers, I think I just used to much or something. Thanks a bunch

Do add more hardner this will help you alot. I use a heat gun all the time, use the heat gun but don't hold it real close to your project, hold it to were the heat is barely blowing on it. about one foot away. also don't try putting so much resin on at one time or it will make pools of resin at the bottom of your project. hope this helps you

I did a lot of fg last winter.. what worked the best for me was putting the resin (without harner) infront of my heater or heatgun to get it to a room temp.. u can tell beacuse it will run a lot thinner. anyways then u add the hardner. it worked very close to the summer time hardening time.

Try and find a buddy with an underground garage, Turn your car heater on. Grab a fan to blow away fumes, some lighting will help too. Make your mold.

If you have a mold, Make a nice clean work area in the basment.. Then do what you can in the basement. make sure you have ventilation.
