Very nice work. What type of vehicle is this going into? Would like to make somewhat the same shape, except for four 10's I have lying around. Tried a box last summer but the one side caved and the 4th sub wouldn't fit. Pisser after all the work but always another try, and I like your layout. Gives me ideas!!!!

this fits into 05 crv spare tire well.   the biggest problemi had with it was tring to keep the table thing that is placed on tope of the spare tire.  its about 1" thick.  So i dint have room for anything but 8"s depth wise.  THats the only problem i think youll run into if you attempt to make it "stealth" with 10's.

What did you use to stick down the fabric to the fiberglass?

you mean fabric to the mdf?  if so i hot glued it.  i like that better imo than staples.  if you mean fiberglass to fabric then just soaed the fabric in resin.  i think i may have misunderstood your question

Well, is the face of the box finished with fabric? Looks like vinyl from the picture. So, I was asking what you used to flatten the fabric to the front, after it was stretched over it. Like if you put an adhesive to make sure it would follow the curves perfectly.

If it is a paint finish and it just looks like vinyl in the picture then nevermind. heh.
