if they are just pits/ pinholes....dont use spot puddy the stuff is crap...unless it is a two part product that you add a hardener too..if so you are sanding too much/ or with too heavy a grit...

if you are at this stage of the game you should be around 220 grit...and as for filling the pin holes go buy yourself some Proform 649 primer you will be very glad you did and wonder why you hadnt before..it will fill scratches left behind from 120 grit paper...it is a high build sandable primer...it will be a beige colour...i have wet sanded on it for 30 minutes plus with out going through a 2 coat application...i will usually give it a 2 coat shot then let it sit and dry then give it another...then to the wet sanding with 400 grit...

trust me this stuff is ridiculously good..

also what do you mean by Bondo? i assume you  mean filler...if so trash the bondo brand stuff and get some rage gold...fills better smoother and lighter then Bondo brand and it is amazing easy to sand even after full cure...

if iti s just pin holes just use primer to fill them...

spray it with featherfill g2 or any other high build polyester primer. it goes on thick and sands like chalk. I just started using it on my center console and it worked awsome. I wish I had this stuff when I did all of my previous projects.
