Anyone got a step by step guide to building your own door card builds cheers.

Sure, just perform a search on this site for "Door Skin", "Door Panel", or...well, just dont do a search for a "Door Card"...the word "Card" is for us gamblers in the USA. I dont recall any exclusive door works for an Escort Cabrio...but at least there will be some useful leads for your own examination.
I presently have an '89 Ford Escort GT...want it? $6,800...YOU pay shipping! 1.9L - 5spd. All factory except the motor. Engine: Skat crank, reworked forged Eagle rods, light-weight Wiseco pistons, Lunati cam, titanium valves w/ 3 angle seats, port matched intake and exhaust, factory headers were dipped and then ceramic coated, modified mass air, K&N custom air box and piping, Mustang injectors-fuel rail/pump/regulator, 165HP NOS 2-stage w/ 10lb. bottle and jacket, stainless pipes with flowmaster w/o cat-conv. Interior has partially removed and 6 pt. cage welded to subframes. Strut tower braces front and back. Fabricated K member brace behind engine. 4 Gallon fuel cell. VDO gauges. Factory black with 5% limo tint all the way around. Narrow rear tires, fat fronts. A number of other goodies included but not listed. This car was built before the "Tuner" era came about full force. Some people in the Tulsa, OK, Mo-Kan, Centerville, and a few Texas strips may remember an "Awe-Factor" as this pansy-factory looking blacked out Escort with an engine popping like a wized off chainsaw lining up to the line and eating slight moded Stang's and Camaros. It was a fun ride, especially during the mid 1990's.
Sorry, had a flash back....so, do you want it?
