I've got a 97 Yukon that I want to put a box in the back on the drivers side in place of the storage pocket. What would be the easiest way too go about this? I was thinking on using fiberglass because of the odd shape but was unsure how too get it to stick too the side of the interior and how too get a flat front attached too the fiberglass too mount the sub. I want to model the box after the JL stealth box for the blazer. Any advice would be very helpfull, thanks.

You should look around the site for a bit there should be plenty of installs that will answer your question. I'm not sure why you want the fiberglass to stick to your plastic I assume you want this to be removable.

if you dont want to use fiberglass, make a cardboard template of the storage pocket, then cut that out of MDF..that will ensure that it fits into that area, then just cover it in whatever color carpet you have...would look very much like the stealth box that way. If your going the fiberglass route, lay down masking tape/tinfoil over the back of the storage pocket area, then lay resin down on top of it...let it cure, peel it off of the tinfoil, then you have your mold. Then add a few more layers of glass over that piece...then from there you can either make the rings and finish w/ fiberglass or finish w/ mdf sides...but thats neither here nor there...good luck, keep us posted.
