dudes this is the rah again!!!!!!!!!

fellas can someone pls tell about this stuff i have heard so much called ca excellarator?

the other day i tried to make a monitor stand for my car, when i wrapped it with the cloth and tried to glue(super glue) it to my dash piece the glue would not dry it took like 2 min to dry needless to say i had to hold with sticks and such.where can i get this stuff called excellerator. any help man would be so coooooolllll!!!!!!!
