sence the brake light are on the gate i need to make a removeable cover so he could change bulbs if needed i than made a MDF gig of the factory cove panel which i inserted factory like push pins in  that lined up with the orignal holes to hold it in place than with woffer and amp in place made a frame around my equptment

that looks great.  Very clean. How exactly is that held in?  Did you get all the wiring through the factory molex?

the amp is screwed to a 3/4 mdf plate which is bolted to the gate. the box is molded to the outer skin of the gate in a maner that will not come loose.its a 5 ch amp the power is run through the driver and the speaker/RCA's are on the left

i driled out holes and counter sunk  in  push snaps like you find on any factory door panelthan filed the holes weth resin to hold the pins in place

the 1 thing i dont get is how he is supposed to load up the back via the tailgate..

with the tail gate open he would wipe out the sub and amp if trying to slide somthing over them??

just a thought thats all
as he would of wanted as little space taken up due to wanting to fill the available space with?? junk i suppose?

but it does look great!

he probably only uses the back for smaller loads, like groceries.

Yea nice job. Did you manage to get the proper airspace for that sub too? I hope it did not need much.

I have not failed. I've just found 10,000 ways that won't work.
