Hey everyone,

So I have started making my enclosure, and I was motoring along up until I got to making the rings. I am making flush mount rings for 3 x 10" Alpine Type R's, and unfortuanately I do not have a router. All i have is a bandsaw and a jigsaw. Is there anyway to get good circles without using a router? or am i doomed to cut out my circle with a jig and then eyeball sand it to as close as a perfect circle as i can get?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Go to a wholesale lumber yard and get yourself a router. They are cheap ( about $ 60.00 ) or go to a Canadian Tire and they have their Job Mate routers for less than that. After that go and build your own circle jig: https://www.woodworkingtips.com/etips/2004/10/08/sn/

This is a very good circle jig and you can make it as big as you want and it won't move around on you like some other's that I've bought in the past.
