Has anyone used the aluminized fiberglass that fiberglast offers?

It is not structural and is only used cosmetically, but I thought this might be a cool alternative to carbon fibre.

This is what it looks like?

I am getting ready to build an enclosure under the rear seat of my 04 Dodge 2500 and thought about finishing it off with this stuff.

Well it will look a lot better than that once it is finished and clear coated.

I have not failed. I've just found 10,000 ways that won't work.

i have a couple of yards of it and played around with it. its definitely not as plyable as a 5.7oz carbon fiber cloth tho. i never finished anything with it yet, because i didnt like the way it was turning out and i havent had time to make anything else with it.

I agree with both of those guys, I’ve tried messing around with it but I didn’t like that much. If you think you can pull it off it would definitely look good finished off. I prefer good old black carbon though.
