Get some spacer tubes to raise the amp off of it's mounting surface using some longer screws then get some 1" or whatever size PVC pipe that all of your wires can run through and directly in the center of the area underneath where the amp is at make a hole in the box to match the size of the PVC tube and then on the opposite wall make another hole and then slide the PVC tube through the center of the enclosure. Seal up the ends of the tube to the enclosure and then cut and sand down the tube flush to it's surface. Now run your wires through them. Where they come out under the amp route them to the amps terminals and have them fold under.

That might work but under the amp is like a seperate scealed box and all and i have no access to it lol but it might still work though not a bad idea at all, it was my fault for not thinking about this before i started.

You can also make an amp surround that can hide the wires in it and give the amp a frame that will compliment the install.

Something like this. Choice of materials and color are up to you. Consider 1/4" MDF with paint, or brushed metal.

if it is a sealed emty chamber under the sub then you could just cut out the bottom of the box and then run the wires like it was mentioned...
