this is the problem, i made the box fast so my wife would leave me alone about how her car has nothing and we build boxs every week, SOOOOO i made this one, in my hurry i forgot to hid the wires, now the cover i made wont sit flush, any ideas..... Also this is the box that i am having a had time sealing the sub cause the fabric is sued like material with lots of places for the air to escape.

So,,,, any ideas, and YEAH I KNOW IT IS SONY, LOL.... But it is old crap that was lying around the shop and the wife thinks Sony Looks Cute! lol and she only pushes it about 10%

Can you peel back the vinyl on the cover and get your router in there and cut a small channel for the wires to fit in. Then just put the vinyl back and get some wire loom to just tidy up the wires????

Not the greatest looking idea but quick and simple.

For the sub can you cut the suede back to within about an 1/8" of the outside of the ring. To better explain the suede should still be underneath the sub ring about an 1/8" under the sub ring. But that way there is still part of the ring making contact with the actual box.

hope that amp doesn't catch on fire back there. might want to spray some fire-retardant around it.
