Okay, I'm pretty new to FG but not at all new to sanding. Done alot of my own body work and such. Was curious what the proper process was once your fg has hardened and you've found some air bubbles. I'm sure its on this fourm somewhere but I can't find it. I mean do you just sand them out or sand them out and reinforce the area. Sorry if this is noob question =P

reinforce the area for sure. as long as the box wont flex you're fine.

depends where the bubbles are and how big they are...if they are a couple layers down, dont worry about them..if they are on the top and you can get to them, then;
i usually sand mine down or use a dremel very carefully to cut them out...not all the way through just remove the surface, so you end up with a hole...from there i kitty hair the holes...then continue laying up my mat..

air bubbles shouldnt matter, as long as they are solid, with enough mat they should hold just fine. Anyways, bubbles usually occur when you apply too much resin without letting it cure between coats, so slow down beween coats.
