So today I started making a 3/4" MDF Sealed Box for 2 12" Kicker Comp VR's.
Then I am going to mount another ring on top of it. Then I am going to use Duraglass to mold it into the box. It should look really nice. The dimensions are W 28 X D 22 X H 14 would be just inside space. With 3/4" MDF and one middle divider baffle, the overall outside dimensions would be W 30.25 X D 23.5 X H 15.5. The volume is 5 FT^3

Looks like you got a good start bud.  This is just my thoughts on it. Instead of building up duraglass 3/4" thick. You could just stretch some fleece over it, fiberglass it, and smooth it. Then paint cover in vinyl w/e you had planned to do with it. Just a quicker way of doing it. Just an option, may not give you the look your going for though.

UPDATE
I still need to do some more sanding then a skim layer of rage gold and she will be golden. Then probably wrap it in vinyl.

Okay, my question is, how do you make the perfectly round sub rings for the front of the box...  Sorry to be so dumb, but I am new to the whole fiberglass thing.  Thanks!

Looks good. Just a slight comment if you don't mind.

A co-worker was looking over my shoulder and commented that it seems like you are running your glass a little hot. You can cut down your hardener a little bit to give you more time to work it for less sanding/smoothing and still get a fully cured hard finish. He's been doing this for some time now and I trust his judgement. He did say it looks good though. Keep those pictures coming.
