just last week i decided to learn some fiberglass work after seeing an enclosure my boss had made. hes been showin me the ropes since hes had plenty of expirience with fiberglass and custom work here at the shop i work at.

ive always been more into engine work and performance but figured id try something new. heres what i got so far..

the idea was to give the impression of a turbo pressing out of the enclosure having the woofer being the front of the inlet. the box will sit in the spare tire well of my SRT-4, seems to look prutty good so far, the pics arent too clear i used my camera phone since the batteries in my camera were dead. ill post some more pics once i make some more progress. so far ive done 2 coats of resin on the outside 1 coat and matting on the inside of the box and a little sanding. any ideas or opinions are welcome!

i plan on having a friend of mine airbrush the box to add some finishing touches. ive had some good guidance from my boss hes done some prutty sick things heres a couple pics of some of his work...

I think it looks great!
I like the idea of the turbo shape. That’s cool and original.

And it looks like your boss knows what he is doing. You seem to be in good hands.
