I made these for my 95 SS and thought I would see what you guys thought.
I am using Arc Audio FD6000 components
Here is the stock door panel.

Here it is after the pod.

I was able to make these and secure them w/out modifying the door panel, not even one little screw hole. The reason I made them like that instead of blending them in and molding them to the door is because the panels are very hard to find and if you do find some they are very expensive. If I ever come across another pair I will modify them and blend them in and make them look stock. For now though I am very happy with these.
They sound great and to my surprise there is no rattle which is the one thing i was concerned about.
So what do you guys think?
Thanks for looking and your comments

How did you attach them to the door panels? The only thing I could think of would be using the grille and bolting in between the grill spaces. I would like to know how you did that.
Thank you very much for sharing
It looks really good. I hope you find some affordable panels to blend in new pods.
