where is the best place to buy polyester resins? there is nothing but like home depot and auto zones around, there is a boat supplyshop but they seem to be real expensive. Is online a good option? i found 5 gallons for $122 but the price makes me a little iffy on the product. Another site was selling for like 185 or something but thats like more than 40 a gallon after shipping. any help? thanks alot!

Dont screw with the cheap stuff. It is crap.....I would get b440 resin from www.shopmaninc.com

get discounted fillers and primers from www.autobodytoolmart.com in the dent repair area

rage gold, rage extreme, Zgrip-for premium (all made by evercoat)

(USC) Duraglass for reinforced filler

and Slicsand or featherfil for fill primers. (also made by evercoat)

Using the good stuff has worked out to be cheaper for me....I use less of the good stuff to finish a project. The cheap bondo crap will have you wasting unneccessary material to get the same results....and it will be harder to acieve.

-------------
do it right the first time ....or do it again and again and again...
