3/4" MDf for the substructure , fleece for the initial shaping, chopped mat fiberglass & bondo & featherfill to finish.

you can actually get it from a local upolstry(sp) shop.
just make sure it has a lot or polyester in it 65% or more.......or you can get it from a bunch of car audio parts suppliers.....aamp, metra, american terminal, etc
