I started this project about a month ago. I wanted a custom dash instead of the stock, box, useless dash that came stock in the late 80's camaros. Mine is an 87' iroc-z.

This is my sketch of what i want. posted_image

This is my interior

The supplies i bought are:

5 gallons of layup resin
20 yards of fiberglass mat
2 sheets of bending plywood
1 sheet 3/4" mdf
and...glue...staples...brad nails... and so on.

I started with framing the curve for the top.

then cut the bendi and stapled and screwed it on...

I then put it in place and cut out the shape i am looking for.

I then broke my camora and had to borrow one.... so here is like 4 days ago...posted_image
