hey i was wondering about using the back part of my trunk for an enclosure...i was wanting to put put the sub in the back part of my trunk and run the port up through the back panel into the cabin of my car. i have a power acoustik mofo 15, wondering would i just need to build a box to fit in the back part of my trunk or could i use the back part for part of the box.

I think your port need to point in the same direction as your sub. You'll need to build a box out of mdf or f'glass it. The trunk isn't going to be airtight and will be the wrong size.

I'll let the experts tune in on this though. I'm no pro.

AS i was told in one of my prior posts it is not good to have the port and the sub facing in diffrent directions.
