hey i'm not sure if i'm a complete idiot or what but i've been looking over these forums for a good week or so pretty much studying fiberglassing etc.  i was wondering if instead of making a box straight out of glass, just build a box to spec and then cover the rest of the area for looks.  so instead of just having a plain and square box in my trunk i want the fiberglass look...just not all the work haha.  i don't know if you can do this but i don't know how it couldn't work

i doubt you need it but i have 1 mofo 15 and two mofo 10s

Yes you can do this. Just mount the sub box where you want and frame up a cover piece that will cover the enclosure from the front and back ( if the back seats fold down).
