hey im new here, but not new to fiberglass and car audio.
Basically im stuck though. I want to glass in a spot for my new 80 gig iPod classic. I'll attach a pic of what i want it to look like but basically its going to replace the cup holder/ ashtray im my 97 dodge avenger(w/ an mitsubishi eclipse console intstalled)

heres a pic of how i want it to sit im just stuck on how to glass it in to stay up like that

Looks to me like the just glassed in a universal dock, that would be your best bet I would think. Also propably the cleanest way as you can get the dock with the line out so you can hook them up direct via RCA.

the universal dock would probably give you overall smoother lines.

tubbs and spawn are correct glassing a universal dock is your best and simplist solution
