I have a Pioneer AVIC-D3 and a Pioneer Bluetooth CD-BTB200 adapter.  I had the bluetooth working fine with my previous cell phone.  I recently upgraded to a Samsung BlackJack II phone and I cannot get the items to pair.  I have removed the old cell phone from memory and have tried several times.  I can get the pioneer to recognize the phone, but I cannot get them to link.  I have called Pioneer and they tell me others have gotten it to work (I am thinking it is the first BlackJack).  Pioneer is telling me that I need some sort of firmware update or that I can get a 3rd party update (from Jet Mobile...I have checked and they do not list the Black Jack II)

When I called Samsung, they claim there is NO firmware update at this time for the BlackJack II and are not really willing to help since I am trying to hook up to a 3rd party Bluetooth receiver.

Any suggestions!

Adding my voice to the cry here. I just purchased a BTB200 for my new Pioneer Premier P500 UB deck. I can pair my wife's RAZR but not my AT&T Samsung BlackJack II. Somebody needs to step up and fix either the BT implementation on either the Blackjack II, or the BTB200... (preferably both)....

Pioneer? Samsung, you listening???

I may have to go back and change out everything for a different brand of phone AND car deck...

HELP!

I have the same issue, from what I have read is that it seems as if it works but it is very few and far between. I have the AVIC D3 and Pioneer BT device as well.
