I've been using the raytel ego flash for the past few weeks and the voice activation is phenomenal.  If the telphone 4200 is anything close you will be very satisfied.  Pick up a GMSS-3 to really complete the installation.  Good luck!  I think you mean the colors on the kit right.

red - 12v constant

brown - ground

blue - 12v switched

yellow - mute

purple -  line out+

green - line out -

The Raytel pin out cpiguy gave you is correct, however you are dealing with the LAN vehicle. You are going to have to use the harness. If you are able to successfully avoid it, please, let us know.

As for the harness, if the truck is non-Bose, it would be cheaper to use our 68253 ($59). Unfortunately, due to the bad design of Raytel mute relay (it did not change with replacement of Tellphone with Ego), the most inexpensive solution ($29) would only provide you with the muting of the one and only speaker the kit uses, so harness has to have its own relay to mute everything and send the sound to the 2 front ones. If the truck is Bose besides GMCSS-3 you could use our 68384 ($109).
