About two days ago, I installed the new Kenwood KCA-BT200 onto my 819DVD. Now the problem is that radio only recognize the KCA-BT200 sometimes, I would have to unplug and plug the BT200 from the brain just so it can be recognize again. Usually the TEL icon is at the bottem of the screen but if I'm in and out of my car daily, by the 3rd or 4th time of me starting my car the bluetooth adapter isn't recognize and the TEL isn't there.
The settings on the BT200 box is (OFF, OFF, ON ; 1, 2, 3) those are the settings in the manual for my radio. I dont have anything else installed to the radio except the ipod adapter (KCA-iP300V). Prior if me posting this I updated my radio firmware from 1.0.3 to 1.0.9 and its still doing the same thing.
Weird thing is that when the BT200 isn't recognized (still plugged in), the navigation icon can be selected. Usually thats faded and cant be selected.
Anyone know what could be causing this?
