07 durango w/ alpine.parrot ck3100

So i am installing a parrot ck3100 in an 07 Durango with the factory radio. Its a Non-Navigation radio with the Alpine system in the car. I Originally order the Metra "T harness for bluetooth" from crutchfield.com and i had everything hooked up and working, except I could not hear the person on the other line. I called crutchfield and they said i need a different harness and they dont know which one. So then i call Metra and they said they have the ABTI-CH3 harness. I called crutchfield back to see if they carry that harness and they do not but i was able to find it on amazon, ebay, etc. Also everything i see online is saying that this harness works with the Motorola IHF 1000 Bluetooth.

So my questions are...First, does anyone know if this harness (ABTI-CH3) will actually work with an 07 durango with the factory radio that is non-navigation with the alpine system. And second if it works for the car will it also work with the parrot ck3100 not just the Motorola IHF 1000 Bluetooth?
