I have a pioneer avh 295bt that recently began misbehaving by nt showing caller id when I receive calls via the unit...how can I solve the problem?

When you paired the phone you did not allow it to download your contacts. Go to the bluetooth settings, click connections and then click the garbage can on side of the phone in question. Then pair it again and allow it to access your address book.

When you click on the phone book from the head unit it displays all the contacts with the names showing and when I check the phone the contacts are paired
