Hi to all,

Just worked on a 2001 525 wagon, amp in the drivers rear.Car says prewired for telematics. yea right.

I spent 5 hrs on this car trying to interface a parrot ck3100 into the factory amp. I was able to mute the radio by removing the amp turn-on through a relay, and feeding the high level to the mid range speaker in the front doors.

the amp doesn't have to be on.The sound is going through the speaker relay box and protected from the amp.

the customer called me and he said that the music was playing intermittently while he was on a call. he also said that when the radio is up, at a decent volume there is some noise(hiss) in the other speakers.

My question is does anyone know the low level inputs on the amp and maybe a mute wire??

help

thanks
