i have a 08 f350 with the factory nav. the dealer installed a bluetooth plug and play kit. which says ford on it so im assuming its a ford accessory. anyway after they installed the bluetooth the gps for the navigation quit working it has gps on the screen in the corner with a red slash through it. the dealer told me that the bluetooth piece was not compatible with nav. i want something that will work similar to the piece i had with voice activation shows phone on the radio and mutes it. etc. is there anything for this out there that wont mess up my nav? thanks

The dealer installs a bluetooth kit.......THEN tells you it won't work? idiots!

Do they have a solution, seeins it's their crap in the first place? idiots.

Sounds like they installed the Mobile Ease piece. Should not have any effect on the nav more likely when they pulled the radio they didn't plug the nav antenna back in. Did you or anyone pull the radio and check?

that is the piece they installed the mobile ease. and yes ive had ive pulled the deck out and checked and ive had it at the dealer for the issue. and they told me that piece wasnt compatible with the factory nav.
