I put an led bar on my truck, 2002 Chevy silverado, below the tailgate. I came with a 4 wire plug, but my system is differant. I have a seperate brake wire instead of turn signal and brake together. I hardwired it and everything works but the brake lights. I tried jumping from turn signal to brake wire it would work for a while but would cause brake light to stay on constant. How can I get this problem resolved?

The LED should just plug into your 4way flat trailer hookup. If you dont have this plug then you should have the wire harnass tucked near the bumper. The owners manual should tell you what wires are what.
